What is the return policy?
e want you to love your Wymsicoli Enchanted purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a return or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Because they are created specifically for each customer, customized, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Due to their nature, opened intention jars, intention vases, mystery bundles, and other sealed products may not be eligible for return once opened.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can work with you to make it right.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Certain items are considered final sale due to their personalized, handmade, or sealed nature.
Final sale items may include:
- Custom or personalized creations
- Made-to-order items
- Opened intention jars or intention vases
- Opened mystery bundles
- Clearance or specially marked final-sale items
These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
When will I get my order?
Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the piece.
Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping method and carrier selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information when available so you can follow your package along the way.
Please keep in mind that shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control. If you have a deadline or need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know whether we can accommodate your timeline.
Where are your products manufactured?
Wymsicoli Enchanted offers a mix of handmade creations and carefully sourced products. Many of our handmade items, including crystal wire art, intention-inspired creations, crochet pieces, sewn goods, and other specialty items, are created by us in Utah.
Some crystals, carvings, charms, beads, botanicals, packaging materials, and other components are sourced from trusted suppliers and may be manufactured or mined in different locations around the world.
Because our shop includes both handmade and curated items, the origin of each product may vary. When specific sourcing or origin information is available and relevant, we do our best to include it in the product description.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Because Wymsicoli Enchanted offers a variety of items—from small crystals and trinkets to larger handmade creations—shipping costs may vary from order to order.
We carefully package each order to help protect your treasures during transit while keeping shipping costs as reasonable as possible. Whenever possible, we may also reuse clean, sturdy shipping materials from items we receive to help reduce waste.
Any available shipping options and estimated costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the terms provided with each promotion. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively unless otherwise approved by Wymsicoli Enchanted. Promotions may be subject to exclusions, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, or other limitations. Please see our FAQ for additional information about current promotional offers.
How do discount and promotional codes work?
From time to time, Wymsicoli Enchanted may offer special discounts and promotional codes.
New customers can receive 10% off their first order by entering the promotional code ENCHANTED10 at checkout.
Promotional codes must be entered before completing checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. If you forget to enter a valid code, please contact us as soon as possible. While discounts cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed, we may be able to provide a one-time courtesy adjustment.
Some exclusions may apply to sale items, custom orders, or specially priced products.
